God created beautiful, colorful and tasty food to nourish our bodies. He wants us to enjoy our foods and our meals. But He also wants us to have food in the place that He intended it to be.
Open your heart to the truths in this lesson and begin to place food in the place where it belongs . . . and find your emotional needs met in God and His powerful love for you.
Our goal . . . to be healthy in spirit, soul and body. As we focus on improving our health and developing a lifestyle that take us there, we are working on adopting new habits.
